This Portal (TAN QuEST) is designed, developed and
hosted by National Informatics Centre(NIC), Government of India in
consultation with Tamilnadu Health System Reform Program, Tamil Nadu.
Though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy and correctness
of the content on this Portal, the same should not be construed as a
statement of law or used for any legal purposes. NIC accepts no
responsibility in relation to the accuracy, completeness, usefulness or
otherwise, of the contents. Users are advised to verify/check any

9. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
10. threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
Privacy Policy : The TNHSP, O/o The Tamil Nadu Health Systems Project , Tamil Nadu Portal and apps based on this Portal does not automatically capture any specific personal information from you without your consent, (like name, phone number or e-mail address), that allows us to identify you individually.
We do not sell or share any personally identifiable information volunteered on this Portal site to any third party (public / private). Any information provided to this Portal will be protected from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction to the extent possible.
This portal gathers certain information about the User, such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, domain name, browser type, operating system, the date and time of the visit and the pages visited. However, no attempt is made to link these addresses with the identity of individuals visiting this site unless an attempt to damage the site has been detected or the department wants such information for any specific queries.

Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Disaster Management and
